Do you offer brand name or generic drugs?

What do you call a "generic" medication? Are generic medications as effective as the brand name medicines?

A brand name medicine and a generic one differ only in the name, shape and in the price. A generic drug usually receives the name of its active ingredient while a manufacturer uses a brand name which sounds more imposing. But brand name pharmaceutical companies cannot have a patent for a certain chemical agent; and that's why manufacturers of generic medications can legally produce cheaper but no less affective generics. Generics and brand name medications have the same chemical composition and since their active ingredient is identical, their medical effect is also the same. Therefore buying a generic medication you pay less but get the very same result.

Do you guarantee the quality of the medications you offer?

We are interested in the high quality of the medications we offer. The number of our customers directly depends on the quality of our products. Thus we are very attentive and selective in the choice of the provider, the quality of products is thoroughly tested, and the in-line documentation is closely checked. The medications are produced in India, and the company manufacturer is licensed by an Indian state and approved by Indian FDA. All the packages of products we sent out include the Certificates of Analysis received from the manufacturer's laboratory and fully correspond to the Indian law.

Why are generic medicines cheaper than brand name?

Brand name drugs manufacturers have to spend enormous sums of money on research, development and advertising, let alone obtaining FDA approval in the U.S. Generics manufacturers don't incur these expenses and that allows them to lower the costs of their products.

The pills I have received do not look like the brand name medication and have a different name printed on them. Why?

As we have already mentioned chemical agents can't be patented so generics can have the same active components as brand name pills. But at the same time such features as name, shape and color of the pill are always patented and are treated as intellectual property. The usage of these features in producing generics will be considered as copyright infringement. That is the reason why generic drugs look different from brand name ones.

What is the shelf life of the medicines you offer?

The shelf life of the products we offer is 2 years from the date of production. So the expiry date would differ from batch to batch depending on when the pills were manufactured. The expiry date is mentioned on each blister.

What is the difference between regular pills and pills which have abbreviates like CR, SR, ER, etc. on them?

There are tablets specially formulated to dissolve slowly and release a drug over time. These drugs are usually marked as continuous-release (CR), sustained-release (SR), extended-release (ER), time-release, controlled-release (CR) and so on. Taking continuous-release drugs has some advantages over usual instant-release formulations because it helps to keep steadier level of the drug in the bloodstream. Also sustained-release medicines can be taken not so frequently.

How do 50mg and 100mg Viagra tabs differ?

We offer generic Viagra in 50mg and 100mg tabs. This means that in a 50mg Viagra pill there is a fixed dosage of Sildenafil concentrate (the active component) of 50 mg, a 100mg Viagra pill contains 100mg of Sildenafil. The standard dose of a 50mg pill is usually enough for achieving the necessary effect. However, depending on the health state and physiological make-up of the person the ingredient may have different effect. That's why specialists recommend starting with 25mg (split a 50mg pill in two and take one half only), to see the result and decide whether this is enough for you. If the effect is insufficient take a whole 50mg pill.

Is a prescription necessary to order from you?

A valid prescription is required for some products available in our pharmacy. If according to the law of your country or territory a prescription is needed for any of the products which you plan to purchase our customer support representative will ask you by to send it after you complete the order.

How can I make an order in your shop?

To make an order in our shop follow the steps given here:

1. Choose the item you would like to purchase, click "Buy now" button;
2. Choose the amount of pills you would like to buy;
3. Click "Checkout";
4. Fill in the information required in the form;
5. Check all the information once again and click "Submit transaction" button;
6. If the order is accepted the notification will appear on the screen and the order confirmation message will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you give. This message is very important, if you do not receive it within 10 minutes, contact us know and we will resend it once again. Your account section contains this message and it can be downloaded from there.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment:

What should I do to pay by wire transfer? When will my order be sent if by wire transfer?

To pay by wire transfer follow the steps given here:

• Choose the product you would like to order;
• On the "Checkout" page check the wire payment box, fill in form of the order and click on the "Submit transaction" button.
• If all the information you have given is correct, the order confirmation message will appear on the screen, the address where the payment should be sent to will be specified in this message. Also you will receive the very same message to your e-mail box. However it is desirable to save this text to your hard drive in case the message is not delivered;
• Send the payment to the address specified in the order confirmation message within 48 hours after you place the order;
• As soon as the payment is received (3-5 days at the latest), we shell send out the product to your address.

Note: We shell send out the product only in case we get the FULL payment from you.

When do you actually draw the money from an account?

This is the way how the order procedure is executed:

1. After you fill in the form at the checkout page and press the "Submit" button, our processing center gets all the information, it is checked and thus the credit card is charged.
2. As soon as the wire transfer is authorized, your order is confirmed and processed.

Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

We ship the orders almost worldwide, for the exception of some countries in Asia.

Where are the medications sent from?

The products we offer are manufactured in India, thus the orders are processed and sent out from there.

What kind of packages do you use? Will I have to sign for the delivery?

We take the privacy of our customers seriously. Your order will be sent in a separate envelope that will be left in your mail box. In case your order is sent by Standard Mail you will not have to sign for it anyway.

Can my order be sent out within the same day I purchase?

All the products we offer are in stock and ready for immediate delivery. However some time is needed to check your order information first to make sure that the shipping details are correct, then the product you have ordered is packed and only after that it is sent out. All these procedures take about 1-2 business days.

What are the methods of shipping? How long does the delivery usually take?

We offer two shipping methods currently:

1. Courier Service: the tracking number is supplied to the package after the order is shipped so the packages sent by this postal service can be easily tracked. See your account section.
2. Standard International Airmail: you will NOT be able to track the packages sent by this postal service.

* We will not be able to send your order by Courier Service in case you specify a Post Office box in your shipping address or give us a wrong telephone number. NOTE: Ordering brand pills it is not possible to choose International Unregistered Mail as a shipping method. Such kind of orders can be sent by Courier Service only.

What are the costs of shipping?

The cost of shipping may vary depending on the country of the destination, the shipping method you choose, and size of products you order. If you would like to find out the shipping cost add the products you've chosen to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Can my order be delayed at customs?

In case it happens, you'll be informed. Customs officer will ask the addressee to come and give a permission to examine the package. After that you will receive your products. If you have any difficulty getting your order, please contact our support team and they will try to settle the problem.

What if something is missing in the package or it is damaged?

If anything like this occurs contact us and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund your payment. For more information see our Policies. Please pay attention that if you would like to purchase 90 or even more pills the order will be sent in several packages: you will receive 30 pills plus 4 gift pills in the first envelope and the second package containing the balance (60 pills) will be delivered a week later.

How much will I have to pay for the product reshipment?

Reshipment of the product is free of charge. No additional charges will be placed for this service.

Managing Orders

Can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order in two ways:

• you can contact our support team (Contact Us)
• or check the status from the web site (Account).

Also you can check the status of your order, the dispatch date and the approximate day of the delivery in your account section. To enter your account section fill in the order number, your e-mail address and the verification code (the digits you will see in the box next to the "Verification code" field). If your order was sent by a Courier Service the tracking number can also be obtained from the same account section.

My order has not been sent out yet and I need to change some shipping details. How can I do that?

You can leave us a message in your account section and we'll cancel the order change the shipping information.
